Change happens for all of us, and it can force us to pause, reflect, and redefine who we are and what we are doing here. You are the expert in your own life, but sometimes self-doubt creeps in. Talking it out with someone who is not afraid of tough conversations can lead to hope.

My strengths-based and trauma-informed approach includes aspects of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused brief, and narrative therapies. As the wife of a veteran whose 25 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces included combat deployments, I am passionate about working with veterans, first responders, and their families.
